Dawn Muir serves as the Principal Investigator and Architectural Historian at Circa~ Cultural Resource Management, LLC, where she leverages over 20 years of extensive experience in architectural history and cultural resource management. In her current role, Ms. Muir is instrumental in conducting comprehensive cultural resource assessments, overseeing Phase I, II, and III surveys, and ensuring compliance with the permitting requirements of various federal, state, county, and city agencies. Her expertise encompasses a wide range of technical tasks, including the creation of detailed archaeological fieldwork maps, plan views, and cartographic analyses that are essential for documenting historical sites and informing preservation strategies.
