David’s journey into financial coaching began after a successful career at Delphi Corporation, where he honed his skills in program management, continuous improvement, and team leadership. Following his retirement, he took on a vital role at his church as the Small Group Administrator, where he coordinated the Crown Biblical Financial Study for five years. His training as a Crown Money Map Coach equipped him with the tools to guide others in their financial journeys. Additionally, David led Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University, further solidifying his commitment to financial literacy and empowerment.
With a strong background in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, David applies principles of process improvement to financial coaching, helping clients streamline their financial habits and achieve their goals more efficiently.
