Danita Redd is a dynamic leader and innovator in the field of career development, currently serving as the Owner of International Career Lab. Since September 2015, Danita has been instrumental in promoting soft skills essential for the workforce of the future, particularly through her involvement in the Asian Pacific Career Development Association (APCDA). Her expertise in Planned Happenstance Theory has allowed her to design impactful programs that encourage adaptability and resilience in career paths, aligning closely with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
