His current role encompasses the oversight of Quality Management Review (QMR) across multi-site operations, specifically focusing on the Tijuana, Mexico, and Milwaukee, US facilities for the Diagnosis, Respiratory, and Cardiology segments.
Under Daniel's leadership, the Tijuana site has emerged as the best-performing facility in its segment for 2023, achieving outstanding Quality KPIs and executing strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency. As a quality leader, he plays a pivotal role in the network optimization strategy, ensuring that product certifications such as MDD, Intertek, UL, and site certifications including EU-MDR, MDSAP, and ISO are meticulously maintained. His expertise in multi-site quality system management has positioned him as a key figure in driving product margin improvement and optimizing customer satisfaction, evidenced by the Tijuana site’s top performance in Customer Parts Per Million (PPMs).
