One of Dan's key achievements has been spearheading the complex program to separate STARK from its former parent company, Saint-Gobain. Over a challenging 12-month Transition Service Agreement (TSA) period, he successfully managed the migration of over 8,500 colleagues and the transition of more than 350 applications, including two critical ERP systems into the cloud. This monumental task not only involved the logistical coordination of 618 offices and branches but also required the establishment of new infrastructure and technology to support the evolving needs of the business.
