Christy Lausch is a dynamic leader in the triathlon community, currently serving as the Founder and Head Coach of the MC Elite Junior High Performance Triathlon Team. As a USA Triathlon ITU Short Course Certified Level 2 and Youth & Junior Coach, Christy brings a wealth of knowledge to her role, having been recognized as the 2018 USA Triathlon Development Coach of the Year.
