Christoph Kisker serves as the Vice President of Sales for the Ecosystem Digital Consulting division at Celonis, where he plays a pivotal role in transforming how professional services firms leverage data analytics to enhance their consulting and audit practices. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to visionary leadership, Christoph founded the 'Digital Consulting' business unit, focusing on embedding Celonis technology into the workflows of top-tier consulting firms, including the MBBs and Big Four. His strategic approach has not only accelerated the digitalization of these firms but has also positioned Celonis as a leader in the process mining and business intelligence space.
In his current role, Christoph manages a dynamic team of 20 Account Executives, driving a sell-to/through strategy that has resulted in significant global partnerships with industry giants such as McKinsey, Accenture, IBM, PwC, Deloitte, and KPMG. His direct involvement in closing high-stakes deals has contributed to over 15% of the company’s annual recurring revenue (ARR), underscoring his effectiveness as a quota-carrying sales leader. Christoph has also incubated a new ‘Consultant-Led’ Sales Go-To-Market (GTM) motion, which empowers consulting teams to leverage Celonis’ advanced analytics capabilities, thereby enhancing their service offerings and driving client success.
