His expertise in data science and LEAN methodology allows him to drive operational improvements through the automation of data collection and visualization processes, employing platforms like Tableau and Qlikview to create insightful KPI and metric dashboards for both operational teams and senior management.
Chee’s responsibilities extend to supporting the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, where he meticulously analyzes capacity planning against demand and monitors cycle time performance. His proficiency in data governance, ETL tools, and data analysis equips him to tackle complex challenges in the semiconductor manufacturing landscape.
