Charlena Thorpe serves as a Lecturer at the Georgia Institute of Technology's School of Public Policy, where she brings a wealth of experience in technology law and intellectual property. In her role, she teaches a senior-level course titled “Technology Law, Policy, & Management,” which delves into the intricate legal and policy frameworks that govern technology today. This course not only covers the fundamentals of patent law but also explores critical areas such as trade secrets, trademarks, copyright, and contract law, ensuring students gain a comprehensive understanding of the multifaceted landscape of technology-related legal issues.
