Carol Moser currently serves as the Executive Director of the Benton-Franklin Community Health Alliance, where she leverages her extensive experience in healthcare management and community outreach to drive impactful health initiatives. In her role, Carol oversees six standing committees that focus on various facets of public health, ensuring that the needs of the community are met through effective collaboration with local hospitals and the Public Health sector. Her leadership has been instrumental in the co-development of the Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) and the Community Health Improvement Plan, which serve as foundational documents guiding health policy and resource allocation in the region.
As she transitions into retirement, Carol is embracing new learning experiences and responsibilities, including her recent appointment as the fourth non-elected Board of Health member for the Benton-Franklin Health District. This role allows her to continue influencing public health strategies and initiatives that align with state law requirements.
