Carol Crosby serves as the Associate Director of Life Design@BSU within the Career Services and Internship Program Office at Bridgewater State University, where she leverages over 20 years of experience in career counseling to enhance the professional trajectories of undergraduate and graduate students, as well as alumni. In her current role, Carol is spearheading the integration of Life Design principles into the campus community, a transformative initiative aimed at fostering a holistic approach to career development. This includes her collaboration with faculty on the innovative course, "Designing Your BSU," a one-credit offering tailored for first-year students and transfers. Through this course, Carol is dedicated to building robust learning outcomes, sharing essential life design materials, and utilizing her expertise in assessment to analyze data from student satisfaction surveys.
