Caity H. serves as a Senior Project Manager - Development at Encore Renewable Energy, where she plays a pivotal role in advancing community and utility-scale solar projects across the United States. With an impressive track record of over 2,100 MW of solar development, construction management, and owner’s representative services, Caity has established herself as a leader in the renewable energy sector. Her expertise spans various states, including Colorado, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, and Michigan, where she has successfully navigated the complexities of solar project development and execution.
In her current role, Caity is at the forefront of new market project development within the PJM Interconnection, as well as utility-scale initiatives in Colorado, Texas, and Wyoming. She also supports commercial-scale development in the ISO New England region, showcasing her versatility and commitment to expanding renewable energy access. Notably, she has managed a 10 MW DC construction portfolio in Pennsylvania and New Hampshire, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Beyond her technical acumen, Caity is dedicated to promoting Justice, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion within the industry.
