Bruno Foulogne serves as the Operations Director for the APTAR Rhône-Alpes Platform, where he spearheads the Custom Metal-Plastic product lines across three strategic sites. With over 20 years of experience in operations management, Bruno has cultivated a robust expertise in driving site turnarounds and fostering growth through innovative management strategies. His role encompasses the development and execution of a comprehensive 5-Year Plan and Manufacturing Business Model, which includes critical elements such as CAPEX planning, plant re-layout, and process flow validation (PFV).
Bruno is adept at aligning operational goals with financial performance, actively managing the P&L to ensure budget commitments are met while enhancing profitability. He leads the execution of the Master Plan, which is intricately linked to budget expectations, and oversees key performance indicators (KPIs), Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), and Master Production Scheduling (MPS) to optimize operational efficiency.
