With over 20 years of experience in operations management, Bruno has cultivated a robust expertise in driving site turnarounds and fostering growth through innovative management strategies. His role encompasses the development and execution of a comprehensive 5-Year Plan and Manufacturing Business Model, which includes critical elements such as CAPEX planning, plant re-layout, and process flow validation (PFV).
Bruno is adept at aligning operational goals with financial performance, actively managing the P&L to ensure budget commitments are met while enhancing profitability.
