Bruce Sonnenberg, as the Executive Director and Founder of He Intends Victory, brings over 45 years of pastoral experience and community leadership to the forefront of his mission. His extensive background includes pivotal roles such as the Lead Pastor at Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa and the founding pastor of The Village Church of Irvine. Since 2007, Bruce has dedicated his efforts to The Village of Hope at the Orange County Rescue Mission, where he has honed his skills in leadership development, project management, and nonprofit organizational development.
At He Intends Victory, Bruce oversees a dynamic Christian organization that serves individuals infected and affected by HIV and AIDS across 18 countries. Under his guidance, the organization has made a profound impact, providing direct care and services to over 86,000 AIDS widows, orphans, and men. His commitment to missions and program management is evident in the innovative initiatives he has implemented, which focus on holistic support and community empowerment.
