Brittany Terrell serves as the Director of Education, Career & Postsecondary Resources at Mercy Home for Boys and Girls in Chicago, IL, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping the educational and career trajectories of vulnerable youth. With a strong commitment to fostering an inclusive environment, Brittany has successfully co-led the development of a comprehensive diversity and inclusion strategy since 2017. This initiative has not only enhanced recruitment and retention efforts but has also established Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), cultural celebrations, and intensive DEI training programs that empower both staff and the youth they serve.
