As a pivotal member of the Caterpillar Remanufacturing divisional HR leadership team, Brianna oversees a diverse team of HR business partners and operations specialists, ensuring that the needs of various departments—including business development, analytics, sales & marketing, and business resources—are met across global markets such as the US, Mexico, China, Indonesia, and Brazil.
In her role, Brianna acts as the primary HR partner for the Vice Presidents of these departments and the division CFO, providing strategic insights that align talent acquisition efforts with business objectives.
