With extensive experience in the automotive industry, Brian is responsible for overseeing all aspects of supply chain functions, including purchasing, production control, logistics, and inventory management. His expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen methodologies has been instrumental in implementing continuous improvement initiatives that streamline operations and reduce waste, ultimately leading to increased productivity.
