Following this, he spent 20 years at Nalco Chemical Company, where he specialized in both Refinery Process Chemicals and Water & Wastewater Treatment, further solidifying his expertise in process engineering and chemical engineering.
In his current role, Brad plays a pivotal part in designing and installing advanced treatment systems for industries across Alabama, Georgia, and Eastern Tennessee, ensuring compliance with National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits.
