As the Vice President of Operations at Murphy's Produce with Purpose, Brad Knudsen plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s mission to enhance community health through accessible nutrition. With extensive experience in the health, wellness, and fitness industry, Brad leverages his expertise in Research and Development (R&D), Food Science, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to drive innovative projects that align with the organization’s goals. Currently, he is spearheading the design and construction of a state-of-the-art facility that will house a combination produce store, commercial kitchen, and hydroponic greenhouse. This ambitious project not only meets city and Health Department requirements but also aims to create a sustainable model for local food production and distribution.
In his capacity as a member of the Executive Board of Directors, Brad is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, produce, and office staff, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
