Brad Hagemann serves as a Senior Process Leader for the Industrial Steam Turbine Product Line at GE Power, where he leverages his extensive background in program management and engineering to drive quality and efficiency in power generation systems. With a robust foundation in mechanical engineering and a keen focus on Lean Manufacturing principles, Brad is instrumental in addressing quality defects associated with Heavy-Duty Gas Turbine New Unit Heat-Recovery Steam Generators (HRSGs). His role involves not only identifying and analyzing defects but also developing and implementing systemic countermeasures that ensure long-term reliability and performance.
