With a focus on streamlining the admissions process, he has successfully managed the comprehensive rebuilding of the admissions system, integrating both innovative business methodologies and cutting-edge technology. In his current role, Brad collaborates closely with the Director and Associate Director to establish the vision and framework for the new Pre-Arrival team. This involves strategic planning around human resources, defining responsibilities, and managing the technology and budget necessary to support the team’s objectives. As a Designated School Official, he is the office's expert on student I-20 issuance, navigating complex immigration policies and requirements to ensure compliance and support for students.
