Prior to establishing AZ Home Inspection Services, Bob honed his skills through various roles that enriched his knowledge of home performance and inspection. From 2005 to 2010, he inspected, flipped, and remodeled homes, gaining invaluable hands-on experience that informs his current inspection practices. His tenure as Regional Director for EAS and later as the owner of Home Performance Services allowed him to develop a keen understanding of energy efficiency and home performance consulting, which he integrates into his inspections today.
