As a licensed Pharmacy Technician, Beth brings a unique perspective to her role, understanding the intricate relationship between pharmacology and patient health outcomes. Her daily responsibilities encompass a range of critical tasks, including phlebotomy, IV insertion and removal, EKG monitoring, and the assessment of vital signs, all tailored to meet the specific needs of patients across various age groups.
Beth's commitment to patient-centered care is evident in her ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), ensuring that each patient feels supported and comfortable during their healthcare journey. Her strong foundation in healthcare principles, combined with her customer service skills, allows her to communicate effectively with both patients and healthcare teams, fostering an environment of trust and collaboration.
Currently, Beth is involved in key projects aimed at enhancing patient care protocols and improving the efficiency of care delivery within her unit.
