Their expertise in customer service and event planning allows them to create engaging activities that not only entertain but also motivate and befriend residents, fostering a vibrant community atmosphere.
Avery's leadership is instrumental in guiding a dedicated team of 10 full-time employees across five departments, including concierge services, transportation, physical activities, wellness, and spiritual care. Their commitment to holistic wellness is evident in the diverse programming offered, which includes fitness classes led by Avery, who is a NETA certified personal trainer and a Master Water Fitness instructor.
