In his current role, Ashvin is spearheading the establishment of a state-of-the-art Analytical Research Center from the ground up. This ambitious project encompasses the qualification of laboratory instrumentation, resource management, and the implementation of rigorous quality systems to ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
A key focus of Ashvin's work involves fostering strategic relationships with new vendors, customers, and contractors, which is critical for expanding the company's market presence and enhancing its service offerings.
