Since the start of the 2020 academic year, Anne-Charlotte has been actively involved in training students enrolled in BTS programs, specifically in Négociation et Digitalisation de la Relation Client (NDRC) and Management Commercial Opérationnel (MCO). Her responsibilities include delivering engaging workshops on CEJM (Customer Experience Management), leading dynamic sessions focused on enhancing product offerings, and guiding students through professional development in her Prepa Enseignement Supérieur courses.
