Throughout his tenure, Andy honed his expertise in Product Lifecycle Management and New Product Introduction (NPI) Management, playing a pivotal role in the development of cutting-edge marine electronics. His deep understanding of Mechanical Product Design and methodologies such as Design for Assembly (DFA), Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA), and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) has significantly contributed to the successful launch of numerous products that have set industry standards.
