With a strong foundation in electronic business from her tenure at IBM and Celestica, Andrea has honed her expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Lean Supply Chain methodologies, driving efficiency and reducing waste in complex production settings.
In her role, Andrea is responsible for the Master Plan Schedule (MPS), demand management, and material planning, ensuring that production aligns seamlessly with market demands. Her proficiency in SAP ERP and inventory management enables her to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing costs, thereby enhancing overall supply chain performance.
