With a robust expertise in HBT GaAs and SiGe technologies, Anatoli specializes in developing high-performance RF power amplifiers that cater to a variety of standards, including 802.11abgn, 802.11ac, 802.11ax, and 802.11p, as well as Smart Energy and Zigbee protocols. His work spans the 900MHz, 2.5GHz, 5GHz, and 6GHz ISM bands, demonstrating his versatility and deep understanding of RF design principles.
Anatoli’s role encompasses the full product lifecycle, from initial specification through to mass production, ensuring that each design not only meets stringent performance criteria but is also optimized for manufacturability.
