Anastassis Spiliadis is a dedicated Visiting Lecturer at King’s College London, where he brings a wealth of expertise in systemic and family psychotherapy, as well as psychology. With over a decade of experience in both adolescent and adult physical and mental health, he is deeply committed to advancing the field through education and clinical practice. His current role involves teaching on the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, MSc Systemic & Family Therapy, and CYP-IAPT courses, where he focuses on critical areas such as eating disorders, gender-related distress, and systemic psychotherapy.
Anastassis’s academic contributions are complemented by his independent practice in London and Athens, where he applies his extensive knowledge to support individuals and families facing complex psychological challenges. His dual qualifications in psychology and psychotherapy (both at the MSc level) underpin his holistic approach to mental health, emphasizing the interconnectedness of emotional and physical well-being.
