Amy Migawa is a dynamic leader in the aquatics community, currently serving as the Associate Aquatics Director and Head USA Swim Team Coach at Manhattan Beach Country Club (MBCC). With a rich background in competitive swimming that began at the age of eight, Amy has cultivated a profound understanding of the sport, which she now imparts to her athletes. In her dual role, she not only oversees the USA and Novice Swim Teams but also manages the club's aquatics staff, ensuring that all programs align with the highest standards of safety and excellence.
Under Amy's guidance, MBCC has seen the development of innovative aquatics programs tailored to meet the diverse needs of its members. Her commitment to fostering a positive and challenging environment has led to significant improvements in swimmer performance and engagement. As a dedicated coach, Amy conducts private swim lessons for both children and adults, emphasizing the importance of technique, mental toughness, and teamwork.
