With a robust background in polymer research and a strong foundation in analytical chemistry, Amie is adept at employing a variety of sophisticated techniques such as Gel Permeation Chromatography (GPC), UV/Vis Spectroscopy, and Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) analysis to ensure the highest quality standards in polymer production. Her expertise in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is critical in maintaining compliance and ensuring that all products meet stringent regulatory requirements.
In her current role, Amie is actively involved in the analysis of polymers for Certificates of Analysis (COA), utilizing advanced methodologies including GPC-ES (GPC-4D), Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), and Rheology. She also oversees the preparation of Liquid Chromatography (LC) and Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) tests, as well as tensile testing, to assess the physical properties of the synthesized materials.
