Alan Collins is a seasoned banking professional with over four decades of experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as Vice President - Senior Commercial Credit Analyst & Underwriter at Zenith Private Bank & Trust. Since the bank's inception on October 2, 2023, Alan has played a pivotal role as a founding member and shareholder, bringing his extensive expertise in credit analysis and underwriting to the forefront of the organization. Reporting directly to Chief Credit Officer Jeff Kulenovic and CEO Dan Thompson, he is responsible for conducting thorough credit evaluations and underwriting for a diverse range of commercial credit requests.
Alan's career began in Texas in 1982, where he honed his skills at single stand-alone institutions during a time when branch banking was not yet permitted. His journey took him to Phoenix, Arizona, in 1993, where he further developed his expertise in community banking with First Interstate Bank and later with the National Bank of Arizona. In 1997, he transitioned to Aspen Bancshares, where he continued to refine his analytical skills and deepen his understanding of the commercial lending landscape.
