Currently, he is deeply involved in the Hail and Ghasha Development Project for ADNOC in Abu Dhabi, UAE, where his expertise is instrumental in managing and maintaining a diverse fleet of construction machinery. Afsal’s extensive experience encompasses the maintenance and technical support of equipment from leading manufacturers such as Volvo, Hitachi, Komatsu, and Liebherr, among others.
In his current role, Afsal is responsible for overseeing the maintenance management of cranes, articulated trucks, excavators, and wheel loaders, ensuring that all equipment operates at peak performance. His proactive approach includes conducting "Bad Actor Studies" to identify and mitigate recurring equipment failures, thereby enhancing operational efficiency.
