With a background that spans rugby, engineering, theatre, and dance, Adrian has cultivated a diverse skill set that informs his innovative approach to arts management and community engagement. Since co-founding Heads Together Productions in 1986, he has been instrumental in shaping the organization’s vision and mission, focusing on the intersection of creativity and activism.
In his current role, Adrian is spearheading the development of UNION—The Northern School for Creativity and Activism, a pioneering initiative aimed at fostering artistic expression and social change in the North of England. This project exemplifies his commitment to professional development programs that empower emerging artists and activists.
