Aditya Gupta is a seasoned professional in the field of mechatronics and robotics, currently serving as a Lead Member in Controls Software at Wipro PARI. With a solid educational background from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Aditya has cultivated a deep expertise in the orchestration of complex automated systems, particularly in industrial robotics. His role at Wipro PARI involves not only the design and implementation of cutting-edge control systems but also the integration of advanced technologies that enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
One of Aditya's major projects includes the BEV Battery Assembly Line for Stellantis in Saltillo, Mexico. This ambitious project was divided into two key components: Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) and Stations. Aditya played a pivotal role in the AGV segment, which consisted of 16 units controlled by Siemens systems, ensuring seamless navigation and coordination within the assembly line. Additionally, he was instrumental in the development and implementation of control systems for the Stations, which operated on Rockwell controls. His proficiency in PLC ladder logic, HMI design, and servo control were critical in optimizing the performance and reliability of these automated systems.
Aditya’s skill set extends beyond technical expertise; he is an advocate for teamwork and collaboration, recognizing that innovative solutions often emerge from diverse perspectives. His experience in electrical panel design and warehouse automation further complements his role, allowing him to contribute to projects that require a holistic understanding of both hardware and software components. As he continues to push the boundaries of industrial automation, Aditya remains committed to driving advancements in mechatronics that will shape the future of manufacturing.
