Adi Bengali currently serves as the Senior Director of Strategy and Program Management and Chief of Staff to the Chief Technical Officer at HilleVax, where he plays a pivotal role in advancing the company's mission to develop innovative vaccines. With a proven track record in matrix leadership, Adi has established himself as an expert in strategy setting and execution, particularly within the biopharmaceutical sector. In his current role, Adi has taken the lead in establishing and overseeing the CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls) Program Management organization. He is responsible for program ownership of multiple pre-Phase 3 Norovirus vaccine programs, where his expertise in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), process optimization, and supply chain management is crucial. As the Global Product Team lead for the pivotal Norovirus program, Adi guides the Product Development Team (PDT) to achieve critical cross-enterprise program milestones, ensuring that the projects align with HilleVax's strategic objectives.
