With over 20 years of hands-on experience in biotechnology and food process development, Adam has established himself as a key leader in technology transfer, scale-up operations, and commercial process design. His current role involves directing a dedicated team of twelve professionals, focusing on optimizing processes and ensuring the manufacturability of novel RNA-based products.
One of Adam's most notable achievements at GreenLight is the successful establishment of a fit-for-purpose semi-works plant, which has become a cornerstone for the production of Calantha™, the world’s first commercially available RNA biopesticide.
