His strategic oversight of a nine-person Central Reliability team, which supports 12 manufacturing sites across North America, exemplifies his commitment to fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
One of Ryan's key projects involves the management of the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Hexagon, which plays a crucial role in optimizing maintenance operations and ensuring asset reliability.
