Danielle Downing serves as the Facility Security Officer at ISC Consulting Group, where she plays a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity and security of the organization’s operations. With a robust background in strategic business planning and execution, Danielle is adept at integrating front, middle, and back office operations to ensure seamless functionality across the organization. Her expertise in complex change management is particularly valuable in navigating the evolving security landscape, especially within the context of global operations, including her extensive experience in Saudi Arabia.
In her current role, Danielle is responsible for overseeing ISC’s Facility Clearance, ensuring that all employees meet the stringent security requirements mandated by their contracts. She manages ISC’s PSM Net, facilitating the in-processing of employees and ensuring compliance with all necessary protocols. A key aspect of her position involves developing and delivering comprehensive training programs on Operational Security (OPSEC), Information Security (INFOSEC), and all National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) required security briefs for contractor personnel. This training is crucial in fostering a culture of security awareness and compliance within the organization.
