Dimitri Milman brings over two decades of extensive experience in the diamond and fine jewelry industry, currently serving as a Partner and Owner at RDI Trading and EARSTUDS USA. His journey began in the heart of diamond cutting, where he honed his skills as a diamond cutter and later as a Diamond Cutting Factory Manager from 1992 to 1998. This foundational experience not only deepened his understanding of the intricacies of precious stones but also instilled in him a passion for quality and craftsmanship that he carries into every aspect of his current role.
Transitioning to sales, Dimitri excelled as the Regional Sales Manager in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex from 1998 to 2004, where he developed key relationships and a robust network within the industry. Since 2004, he has been a driving force in the Philadelphia office, focusing on strategic management and international marketing initiatives that elevate the brand's presence in the competitive jewelry market. Dimitri’s expertise spans various facets of the industry, including fine jewelry, precious metals, and engagement rings, making him a versatile leader.
