In his current role, he manages a diverse team of 100 Sailors and Government Employees across critical operational areas, including Quality Assurance (QA), Work Controls, Work Packaging, and Human Resources. Michael’s leadership is pivotal in ensuring that maintenance operations are executed efficiently and effectively, adhering to stringent Department of Defense (DoD) standards.
With a strong foundation in project management and operational planning, Michael has successfully spearheaded several key initiatives aimed at enhancing departmental processes and improving overall productivity.
