His extensive background as an Acquisitions Professional and Program Manager (PM III), combined with his credentials as a Civil and Facilities Engineer (PE/PMP), positions him uniquely to oversee a diverse range of critical functions, including personnel administration, civil and naval engineering, procurement and contracting, and health and medical services.
