Sean Crossley has been an integral part of the Albright College Alumni Association Board of Directors since 2014, demonstrating a steadfast commitment to enhancing alumni engagement and governance practices. Currently serving as the Governance Chair and President-Elect since July 2018, Sean oversees a dedicated committee of five alumni, focusing on refining the board's governing practices to ensure transparency, accountability, and strategic alignment with the college's mission. His leadership in this role has been pivotal in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and effective decision-making within the board.
Prior to his current position, Sean served as the Alumni Outreach Chair from July 2016 to July 2018, where he led a team of six alumni to develop and implement innovative engagement initiatives. His efforts significantly increased alumni participation and strengthened the community's connection to Albright College. Sean's expertise in project management and stakeholder management has been instrumental in driving these initiatives, ensuring that they align with the interests and needs of the alumni network.
