Robert Moss is a seasoned Principal Software Engineer at Nordson Corporation, where he leverages over a decade of expertise in embedded software development to drive innovation in electro-mechanical adhesive application systems. His extensive experience encompasses a wide spectrum of embedded systems, from designing and implementing custom bootloaders for ARM-based processors to developing robust applications for IoT devices. Robert’s proficiency in C/C++ programming, combined with his strong knowledge of ARM architectures—particularly STM32 and NXP—enables him to architect and maintain high-performance firmware that meets the rigorous demands of modern manufacturing environments.
At Nordson, Robert plays a pivotal role in the entire software development lifecycle, from Board Support Package (BSP) development and board bring-up to the deployment of real-time operating systems (RTOS) like Segger embOS.
