With a proven track record in managing large-scale Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation, and Commissioning (EPCIC) projects, Som is currently overseeing the delivery of approximately 250 kilometers of 38-inch trunk lines, 55 kilometers of 28-inch interconnecting pipelines, and extensive subsea infrastructure, including 250 kilometers of cable and various associated structures and crossings.
His role requires adept management of both internal and external stakeholders, particularly at the C-level and among senior executives, fostering partnerships that enhance design engineering collaborations and promote high-performance teams.
