Currently, Jim serves as the Nicaragua Eye Care Committee liaison for the Hopeful Ways Nicaragua Eye Care Mission. In this capacity, he plays a pivotal role in coordinating logistics and strategic planning for projects that deliver essential eye care services—including examinations, eyeglasses, and surgeries—to thousands of underserved individuals in Nicaragua each year.
