George Felian currently serves as a Senior Application Analyst at ADP Canada, where he leverages his extensive technical and functional expertise to drive innovation and efficiency within the IT landscape. With several years of experience, George has honed his skills in Oracle technologies, Unix, Linux, and AWS cloud environments, making him a pivotal figure in the organization’s digital transformation initiatives.
Since joining ADP Canada in 2021, George has spearheaded key projects that enhance operational capabilities and streamline processes. One of his primary responsibilities involves developing Java-based Spring modules that interface with Oracle PL/SQL, which has significantly improved data retrieval and processing times. Additionally, he is leading the transition from BI Publisher (BIP) reports to BIRT reports, utilizing Amazon EC2 and Docker Services for robust hosting solutions. This migration not only modernizes reporting capabilities but also enhances the user experience by providing more dynamic and interactive reporting tools.
Another critical project under George's leadership is the migration of Oracle E-Business Suite Forms to an Angular-based front end, utilizing JavaScript for a more responsive and user-friendly interface.
