Prior to his current role, Niladri held significant positions such as Supply Chain Head (IME) for Huntsman and Technology Transformation Director at Tata, where he honed his expertise in optimizing supply chain processes and implementing innovative solutions.
At EY, Niladri leads business development efforts and provides strategic direction to his team on project deliveries encompassing the entire supply chain lifecycle—Plan, Source, and Deliver. He is particularly passionate about developing Field of Play (FOP) offerings that address the evolving needs of clients, focusing on new initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
