With a robust background in safety management, Dwayne is instrumental in advising senior management on critical environmental health and safety matters, ensuring that corporate safety objectives are not only met but exceeded. His expertise encompasses a wide array of safety protocols, including OSHA regulations, high-rise residential and commercial safety standards, and comprehensive risk management practices.
Currently, Dwayne is spearheading several key projects aimed at enhancing workplace safety culture across multiple construction sites. His initiatives include the development of tailored training programs, such as the OSHA 10 & 30 Hour courses and specialized training for high-rise construction safety, which empower employees with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate complex safety challenges.
